Welcome to the only true community network in Texas ~ located in the West Texas town of El Paso along the Rio Grande. The RGFN was selected as one of the Top 100 Websites in Texas by Texas Monthly Magazine. RGFN has had over 6 million connections. In addition, RGFN was recognized as a semi-finalist in three categories and a finalist in the public access category for the Global Information Infrastructure (GII) Awards. As a GII semi-finalist and a finalist selected from an initial pool of more than 800 entrants, we represent the best uses of the Internet and other networking technologies. The GII Awards recognize innovation and excellence in use of the "Information Highway."
